So one of Trump's arguments in PA is that same day voters were not treated as well as mail in voters

This is of course absurd because voters could choose which system to use and there are obvious advantages or disadvantages to both systems - that is why voters are given a choice. I haven't read the case so I am not sure exactly what they are getting at but it seems to me that the mail in voters actually had the disadvantage bc their ballot could have been delayed by DeJoy's postal shennanigans.
