12. The question in my mind has always been where Trump gets his blackmail information

Trump did not, four years ago, have much of an intelligence network, and I cannot imagine that the CIA, NSA, or other agencies would bend over backward to help him directly once they realized what a security risk he was. This leaves the obvious source - Russia. Once Trump is out of the White House, that intelligence will dry up fairly quickly. Private citizen Trump may also be able to threaten with his Bully boys, but I expect Trump's support to fade quickly especially as it becomes harder and harder to back up his words with actions.

There's another key point here. Trump's Twitter account ceases to be an official channel in two and a half months. Twitter can at that point muzzle him permanently at which point he has no real public outlet. His cash on hand is about to become non-existent fairly quickly, see even buying a media outlet (OAN?) will be difficult for him to pull off by himself, assuming he manages to avoid jail.
