When they were tearing apart The State Dept. And Counter Intel, both which used to have a hand in Security Clearances? They switched the process to DOD. And now this past week was total installation of 45 sycophants at the DOD.

Once the transition begins and a big part of it is Security Clearances for Biden's team, do you see what I see?

5. DOD has always controlled clearances dealing with DOD information

Each executive department controls access to their own information. As an example, Department of Energy has its own clearance sturcture. I once held a Q clearance (sort of equivalent to a DOD TS), even though I held a TS with compartmented and codeword accesses, I was not permitted to access DOE classified information until I received the Q.
