Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsDear friends on the DU, somebody close to me died in an in-home accident
Cindy was the mother of my first born. She suffered a fall in her home and bled to death. Cindy was living alone and there was nobody to help her.
Her family needs help with the funeral expenses. IF you can send a few dollars her way it will get put to good use. If not keep her in your thoughts and give this a kick.

(65,524 posts)I also live alone, so I can see how such an accident could occur. It is very sad, and I am so sorry for your loss.

(99,832 posts)Cindy hit her head in the fall. She never woke up. She was on blood thinners. That was how she bled to death.
