Some context: QAnon people have attempted to create a new character called "E" that constantly pretends to be Acting Undersecretary of Defense Ezra Cohen-Watnick.

"E" or "ECW" has the same mythical powers as Q on 4chan and Twitter, arresting the cabal and saving Donald Trump.
