The bloviated dotard can fuck right on off. NASA (assume he actually means KSC) was not a closed up disaster, but I'm pretty sure I don't have to tell anyone here that.

NASA is an agency, NOT a "center"... it has the following:

NASA Centers and Facilities

Ames Research Center

Armstrong Flight Research Center

Glenn Research Center

Goddard Space Flight Center

Goddard Institute of Space Studies

Katherine Johnson IV and V Facility

Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Johnson Space Center

Kennedy Space Center

Langley Research Center

Marshall Space Flight Center

Michoud Assembly Facility

NASA Engineering and Safety Center

NASA Headquarters

NASA Safety Center

NASA Shared Services Center

Plum Brook Station

Stennis Space Center

Wallops Flight Facility

White Sands Test Facility

this doesn't include facilities around the world that are part of the Deep Space Network.

I worked at NASA Ames for 10 years... it suffered some budget cuts under Bush II, but it certainly wasn't hollowed out.

Not to mention that most of yesterday was SpaceX not NASA.

The commercial crew program was started in the year 2010 under President Obama. How long has NASA been working on Orion (and what progress have they made under the orange disaster administration)?

Obama was the one who cancelled Bush's expensive and bloated Constellation program and bolstered SpaceX to power.
