always record any conversation with a republican official. if they won't let you,

end the conversation. too bad the GA SOS doesn't have Lindsey Graham recorded. The SOS being a snake
repub should have known better. At least Lindsey is gonna have a hard day's night over this

Eleven states require the consent of every party to a phone call or conversation in order to make the recording lawful. These "two-party consent" laws have been adopted in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington. https://www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/recording-phone-calls-and-conversations#:~:text=Eleven%20states%20require%20the%20consent,New%20Hampshire%2C%20Pennsylvania%20and%20Washington.

Thus unless any party to the recording is in a two party state, go ahead and record and be assured the recording can be used in a court of law.

I'm sure he's done and gotten away with things far worse.

He feels emboldened by gaining 6 more years.

That he consulted his lawyer. That’s a strong indication of Lindsey’s message.
