Sedition

Looking at the republican party and what they do to harm this country I see sedition.

I look at the selfish conspirasy nuts proud boys and beer belly militias itching to shoot americans dead I see sedition.

I look at the republicans and their bullshit voter fraud scandals I see sedition.

I look at maskholes I see sedition.

I look at the rich feeding on the treasury of our government I see sedition.

I see Moscow mitch sitting on everything that would help people in this country I see sedition.

I look at the rightwing "news" I see sedition .

I look at parker,facebook,oann,
faux, rush limpballs, Qanon and other right-wing dominated media I see sedition.

I look at traitor trump
I see a seditious, traitorus monster that must be kept under lock and key or sentenced to death in the international court.

What do we do with so many seditious traitors hurting our country?

I know one thing do not let them get away with this. Prosecute them, hunt them down and lock them away for sedition.

That's why they are intent on overthrowing the Election/Constitution and rewrite the reality in their own words. The Party is corrupted, totally.

I just spent the last couple of hours on our first cold night on the couch with my
"lab blanket" on top of me half sleeping and half channel surfing and God God in
Butter but here was my take away. And I never watch that right wing crap

Fox w/Tucker .... holding up some Oregon county commissioner and how she refuses
to wear a mask and her plans for a big maskless family/friends Thanksgiving .... as if she
is some kind of hero fighting against "big liberal government." Not that she is some kind of
nut job who is putting people's lives at risk.

NewsMax .... God only knows the names of these creatures .... I think Sean Spicer was there
about the growing movement that will flip the election to Trump and the real Hunter Biden
election rigging story ... and Senator Kennedy about some breaking shit that will blow the
lid off of Biden's phony victory that it is a product of the media or something like that.

Fox Biz .... how Twitter flagging false postings by Trump is an example of the liberal media
thought police trying to silence "the truth."

Fox News Chyron ..... Dems in disarray Looking to Replace Pelosi ... we just flipped 5 states
and took back the White House and with a real chance to take the senate too.

Even though we have won the popular vote in 7 of the last 8 Presidential election (2004 we didn't
but that election was very dirty) somebody or some groups of bodies are spending millions
if not billions bathing a % of Americans in pure crap and lies.

These fuckers aim to take down Biden and Harris even before they get into office.

President John Adams signed into law the Sedition Act of 1798, which set out punishments of up to two years of imprisonment for "opposing or resisting any law of the United States" or writing or publishing "false, scandalous, and malicious writing" about the President or the U.S. Congress (though not the office of the Vice-President, then occupied by Adams' political opponent Thomas Jefferson). This Act of Congress was allowed to expire in 1801 after Jefferson's election to the Presidency; Jefferson pardoned those still serving sentences, and fines were repaid by the government. This law was never appealed to the United States Supreme Court (which had not yet established its right to invalidate laws passed by Congress) but opponents claimed it was unconstitutional under the First Amendment.

A quick look at wikipedia will show that it has seldom been used and rarely has it resulted in a conviction. They used it on the US Communist Party in the 40s and 50s. They used it against Omar Abdel-Rahman, the Blind Shiekh in the WTC bombing. It was used against the Puerto Rican FALN in the 70s. They used it to stop war protesters during WWII where it withstood a Supreme Court review and tried again during Vietnam where it was thrown out of court. I think the Bush admin even tried to charge a whistleblower with this once. Another poorly defined law like our statute on terrorism...

My point is that more often than not it has been wielded as a political weapon and not a legal one.

just like they do with drug dealers and ship their ass to GITMO. Maybe a little waterboarding just for fun. Hannity said it wasn't torture.
