You have the enormous task of making sure our elections are carried out without any outside interference, and the will of the people holds, and our very democracy is preserved.

You know all the while, if you succeed in that critical task, that you will be fired.

And if you fail, and the current occupant of the Oval Office succeeds in turning our democracy into an authoritarian dictatorship, you're able to KEEP your job.

2. I think he used to work for MIcrosoft, so hopefully they will hire him back

making more money in the private sector. Or maybe Biden will hire him.

Hope he writes a book and makes a lot of money.

3. When Kristjen Njeiljesejn left DHS,

Krebs was supposed to replace her until a new DHS secretary was appointed and confirmed by the Senate. President Dumpsterfire circumvented that, and appointed Kevin McAleenan, who resigned a couple of months later, and Dumpsterfire then made Chad Wolf the Acting Secretary.

A couple of days ago, a Federal judge ruled that Wolf was appointed illegally (making his attempts to dump DACA null and void).

So....IMO, Biden should at least consider Krebs to take over the job he was supposed to, and nominate Krebs as DHS Secretary.
