when all is said and done. I think it’s because California takes quite a while to count all their ballots.

4.5%, but I think there's always more votes left than the experts say, I remember Hillary's popular vote win got way bigger than anyone predicted (2.1%). A week after the election they were saying it might be higher than 1 point. This could go to 5.5 IMO.

A month and a half ago, Nate Silver had observed that even if the polls were wrong, a 5% Biden victory would likely all but guarantee a Biden EC win. He seems to have been right! It seems like we have to with the nation PV by about 5% to guarantee the EC win. Daunting.

Roughly 79.20 million votes for Biden, 73.44 million for Trump, Trump 232 electoral votes solid, Biden 290 electoral votes solid, Georgia still not universally solid, but in all likelihood going for Biden, giving him a total of 306 in the Electoral College. Were that to change, it would give Trump 248 to Biden's 290, and not affect Biden's status as President-Elect.
