Georgian here: It was a hand counted audit of only the presidential votes on the ballots.

A recount would involve scanning all of the ballots again, which would result in a recount of all races on the ballots.
Georgia has 159 counties, plus many cities and towns, that held elections this November.
Georgia has more counties than any state, other than Texas. Georgia is the biggest state, in terms of land mass, east of the Mississippi River.

They found two large batches of ballots that didnt get down loaded in the first total so I feel this was really great for transparency....
Trump gained about 1000 votes but didnt change the outcome
