election is run.

You can't "inject"votes into a total in the middle of the night because when polls close in a precinct, a total is run from the voting machine and the total number of votes cast is recorded. Then the number of checkins is recorded. "Votes cast" includes provisional ballots. These two totals must match. This is all done immediately after the last voter has finished voting.

The equipment, vote totals and registration lists are taken to the elections office. Is the Election judge going to have an opportunity to break the seals on the equipment, plug in all this bogus information, reseal the equipment and get the new seal numbers onto the forms filled out before the equipment leaves the building.

Injecting votes would jump out like a sore thumb because the totals would be messed up. The info from the polling location is loaded into a secure hard drive and publicly listed as new information comes in.

If a claim was made that this happened, the injection would show people voted who were not even in the building.
