They be out there highly visible right now? What purpose would it serve? We are in dangerous territory. They clearly can’t argue this in court and have presented no evidence in court. They want to have all sides angry and literally fighting each other. It’s why they are screaming this in public whether it’s tv appearances, Twitter, other social media or “press” conferences. This isn’t meant to be a legal argument otherwise they would go through proper channels with their “evidence”. Why should Democrats and Biden’s attorneys risk helping to set off a powder keg? Biden’s attorneys are fighting it out in court, they don’t need the court of public opinion...they need a legal one.
