Meanwhile, some Pennsylvania Republicans led by Rep. @MikeKellyPA are asking a state court to declare that the state's entire vote-by-mail system, violates the state constitution and that millions of votes cast this year must now be invalidated.

(9,171 posts)With all due respect to Blacks, it does not have to be a long delay. Laches is usually invoked when the claim falls within the statute of limitations, but the delay in filing prejudices the defending party. It can be invoked in both law and equity.
