Roughly the time it took for him to suggest that the NYC mayoral election be called off and his term-limit-expired ass should remain mayor indefinitely.
And I think he only did decent stuff in that time span because he was too stunned to act as like his normal reprehensible self.

I'm embarrassed to admit I briefly thought that him staying on was a good idea (I voted against the term limits proposition that happened ? the year before).
