Trump backer charged with assault after being seen on video exhaling twice on protesters

Sterling, Virginia — A man seen forcefully exhaling on two women outside President Trump's Virginia golf course has been charged with assault.

Raymond Deskins, 61, was charged with misdemeanor assault after a private citizen obtained a warrant through a county magistrate, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said Sunday. Deskins didn't immediately return a request for comment from The Associated Press.

The altercation happened Saturday outside Trump National Golf Club, where the president was going to play. Protestors and supporters regularly gather outside the club's entrance when he golfs.

Early on in the pandemic, creepy man didn't like my mask and kept getting up in my face, even set his sunglasses next to the cheese I had ordered, right after the server set it up on the deli counter for me to pick up

Then he got in the checkout line close behind me. I would have complained but I live in a very red county in the rural west, so the management wouldn't have done anything. I was so freaked out I was shaking when I got out to my car. Terrorized.

The majority of Trump supporters are dangerous, and I hope Joe does something to keep these domestic terrorists in check.
