Dear media,
Another reason to cover the #Michigan certification as a potential criminal conspiracy to overturn an election.
A potential federal felony (in addition to MI state criminal law).

"No person acting under color of law shall willfully fail or refuse to tabulate, count, and report such person's vote"
52 USC 10308(a):
"Whoever shall violate section 10307(a) shall be" fined up to 5K or imprisoned up to 5 years, or both
