I think it's too early to jump to conclusions about whether or not Biden will go after Trump

based upon what he's said so far and based upon what we're reading in some articles. Most of what is being reported is "according" to unnamed "sources." The only way we'll know what Biden is really going to do about going after Trump is when he actually does it or doesn't do it, and that won't be until after he takes office.

I believe that the Biden Administration and also NYS will do what's right and go after Trump with a vengeance and that justice will eventually be served to that traitor. The thing is, though, that I think we all should realize that anything being leaked out right now might, or might not be, what Biden really intends to do. Joe Biden is not some inexperienced fool who is going to telegraph his every important move this far in advance of him being in the WH. He's way too smart for that, and so is Kamala Harris who has plenty of experience in how to deal with criminals. I would have to think that they would love to see that lying piece of shit locked up just as much as we all do.

1. Biden will name a competent AG and US attorneys and will give them the decision re: prosecution

It is Trump and his ilk that think deciding what DOJ will and will not investigate/prosecute is in their (unethical) perview. Not Biden nor Obama before him and THAT is how it should be.

He'll need to get his feet on the ground and get the place staffed as well as start determining all the damage tRump has done to our government.

But I believe his No. 1 priority is to start the first true government assaults in the war on COVID-19.

He'll also be showing due respect, recognition and support for front-line medical workers and insure we honor those who have suffered and died during this pandemic.

He and Kamala are perfectly up to the tasks ahead...... ......

Trump's crimes will speak for themselves and good prosecutors, judges and juries will do their jobs.

And he's also smart, he knows he can say he is not going after Trump and be telling the truth while his justice department is simply following the law and investigating every single Trump crime syndicate member fully.

The AG/DOJ will do that. That's their job, not Joe's.

Tell them that he is going to let his AG determine whether or not to prosecute Trump and any others that may fall out of the investigation and prosecuriton OR impeach him and convict him now. That means he can't run later for anything federally.

11. The decision must come from the DOJ.

Biden will restore the independent status of the DOJ, and he will not interfere in its pursuit of justice for the American People. Whoever he names will be someone with a strong prosecutorial background who isn't intimidated by the rich and powerful, or the loud and obnoxious.

It will be a lot of work to just restore the nonpartisan role of the DOJ. There is a lot of potential high profile cases that Trump ordered his bootlicking AG to ignore over the past 4 years. Everything must be evaluated on merit before proceeding to a grand jury indictment of the lengthy list of scofflaws that Trump allowed to flourish in his corrupt administration.

If Biden's new AG finds provable evidence of Trump's wrong doing then he is obligated to charge him and seek justice in the courts. Biden has no say so in the actions of the DOJ, as it should be.

Accusing Biden of "political hit jobs" in the next AG going after Trump.

That would also expose them as willing co-conspirators in Trump's unconstitutional and impeachable behavior that they refused to hold him accountable on. Good. Nail the Republican bastards as well.
