I'm so proud of Biden's 1st slate of cabinet picks

Wow! John Kerry as climate czar, and at a cabinet level too. I watched the announcement, and I just felt so proud. All of them serious people with proven competence. Not a clown in the bunch. Decency is back. And thank-you Kamala for promising that the Biden administration is dedicated to telling the truth. I just feel so so proud.

After the last 4 years, it was delightfully boring. I'm sure as things progress I'll be unhappy with some of the results. But it won't be because of abject incompetence.

I don’t find these intelligent, experienced individuals in the least bit boring. It’s exciting to witness ethical, hard-working people setting to their difficult tasks. Kind of inspiring.

But to each his or her or their own. Some people like superhero movies with lots of action and things blowing up. I find them incredibly tedious and unwatchable. You might well hate the kind of movies that sometimes intrigue me. Chacun a son gout.
