No way they want to wade into this, since to serve the evil overlord they would have to overturn multiple state elections. If it had been a close count in one state - perhaps. But not when it is this overwhelming.

Pretty sure thats what he wants. He wants to be able to appeal all the way up to the GOP packed Supreme Court where he figures he'll finally win.

Except it doesn't work that way, since the way they wrote the appeal only requests that the amended complaint be heard.

The most the SCOTUS can do is direct the lower courts to hear their amended complaint- which they'll then dismiss for lack of evidence.

You petition for certiorari. The Court only grants very in about 150 cases a year out of thousands of petitions.

Based on the quality of cases filed to date, I doubt even a Court as political as this will grant cert. If they do, it’s Katie bar the door.
