Laurence Tribe says PA ruling can't be appealed to USSC:

Text

And here’s the best part: The PA Supreme Court’s decision rests on what’s called an “adequate and independent state procedural ground,” which the US Supreme Court lacks jurisdiction to review. So it’s totally and irrevocably final.

I thought Sydney What'sHerFace had been expunged from the "team" (is that not her in the upper LHC?).

Maybe it's an earlier photo...

I think that is from Rudy's melting hair photo. I recognize Sidney's Leopard print cardigan and tragic turtleneck.

Big dude on right is humming a dirge into Rude’s left ear, and it settles on his visage like a death mask, while Jenna is carrying on a 2 part argument with her left hand and the crazy lady fired in the background is asleep on her feet ...

If I might just add, Rudy looks fucked and knows it. He’s afraid of something coming out on him if tRump is removed. He’s desperate.

It was from the 3rd Court of Appeals.
It was dismissed yesterday, but can still be appealed to USSC. (It doesn't have much of a chance)

and I don't think they even have the appetite to try. Biden won PA by 80k votes- Florida was within 1k and Bush was ahead when they stopped re-counting. Plus, flipping PA wouldn't be enough to give Trump the win.

In this case they are trying to throw out ballots without any reason or facts.

The legal stuff is way beyond me, I just thought I remember States Rights (in this case voting) vs Feds claiming Federal rights.
Part of the problem is that we all have seen so much twisting of the Rule of Law and the U.S. Constitution, the past 20 years, and especially this past four years it is all massively confusing and bewildering.......

I'd hate to be ANYONE on the far right, but that's just an accidental word play.

That poor guy looks like he's trying to make Rudy grasp the phrase "We lost. Time to leave."

You should hear Keith O rant about Rudy. My favourite part of one of his anecdotes was from his time at ESPN, and was to emcee and possibly commentate on a MLB Hall of Fame event.

Rudy's assistant had, with growing irritation, filled in Rudy over and over again who Keith was, who he represented, and why he was there. (emcee)

Rudy eventually came and sat beside KO, turned to him, and with the evident glee of a precocious child with an opportunity to show off said "You're Keith Olbermann. You're from ESPN and you're here to emcee." Then he sat back, apparently very pleased with himself.

Moments later, he was called to the mic, stood there, and with 3 pieces of information to impart, promptly got all 3 wrong.

His assistant's reaction wasn't revealed.
