Quick guide to how to steal an election.
1. Obtain an official ballot in every swing state. How to do this is left as an exercise for the reader.
2. Carefully analyze the ballot--it's paper, the ink, and seek out any invisible ultraviolet security marks
3. Get a printer to make an identical copy. You may need an engraver. Get the paper right as to "feel" and the ink. A printer in the USA may be reluctant to commit a crime. Try China, Canada, India. Pay attention that the fraud may be easily detected.
4. Run off a million or so copies for each of Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, et al.
5. Set up a warehouse full of tables and volunteers with sharpies to vote each ballot. Pay attention that 100% for Trump will arouse suspicions. So at least 25% for Biden.
6. Make sure all the people in the actions are sworn to secrecy or at least have non-disclosure agreements.
7. Now, here is the tricky part. Get these in boxes of 500 each to the counting centers. Paper is heavy--a ream of 500 xerox sheets is only about 5 lbs, but now this is doubled or more with envelopes, etc. And ballots are usually made of thicker paper to withstand counting machines without tearing.
But they must appear in recognized boxes from, say, the postal service. You may have to steal or forge such boxes.
8. Also, official ballots from the polling stations often, but not always, contain an official certification and/or seal. You may have to forge such things. Hijacking the delivery truck to insert the fake ballots will take much planing. In some places the transfer is accompanied by state police. They generally take a dim view of hijacking.
Or rent your own delivery truck and drop off the fake ballots. Someone may ask, "Who are you?" Have a good answer. You may need some official looking stuff.
9. Swear everyone again to secrecy upon pain of....
Gawd knows, if even a whiff of this gets out we are all cooked.
(It's well-known that 7 people can keep a conspiracy secret, but 20 cannot.)
Payoffs are needed, cash on the barrel, and in every state. Should there be a single team that goes from state to state armed with all this knowledge, or should each state train its own fraud-ballot team? This is left to high-level management.
9A. This all is expensive. Printing alone may be $3 million. No checks, no tracing of dark payments, no follow the money. Inasmuch as money and united citizens are no object, budget for scores of briefcases filled with $100 bills.
10. As a diversion, scream loudly and often and non-stop about illegal votes, rigged election, stolen election. File as many lawsuits as you can find lawyers.
11. Relax and wait for the Alito-Barrett axis at the Supreme Court to kick in.
Hence, you see that stealing an election is quite easy once you drill down. There are some nuisance issues to be resolved, but unending-teams-Giuliani are working on them.
