I find that rather difficult to believe.

I see record Castro has been to a couple of churches in NYC, Abyssinian Baptist (1995) and Riverside Churches (2000).

Was Warnock ever a pastor at either of these places?

I honestly don't care though because the US allies with dictatorships like Saudi Arabia who is way worse. Cuba at least has very little homelessness & health care. While the Bautista fan club was upset the people in Cuba cheered Biden's victory hoping he would open back up relations. I know Cuba has no electoral votes but maybe the biggest reason people are upset with Castro is because Cuba is no longer a US colony.
