That's who Kelly and Parnell asked to have SCOTUS take up the case. But this involves state law and a ruling by the PA supreme court. It's notable that in 2018 when the state supreme court threw out the gerrymandered congressional map and imposed their own, that decision was also appealed to Alito. He rejected that on the basis that it involved the state and not the federal gov't.

that he was "recently re-elected to represent the 16th Congressional District". Except, according to his complaint, he wasn't.
