4. Procedure

My speculative post below is in part courtesy of the conspiracy theorist in me, as well as general medical knowledge.

1. First, doctors assess allergies and other risk factors of President-Elect Biden.

2. People in the Biden / Harris entourages with fairly low risk factors are high on the order of vaccination.

3. Next, regarding people with risk factors: age, chronic conditions, especially allergies and any distant relatives with Covid symptoms. One method is a tiny test of the vaccine, either in a "petri dish" (laboratory test), or directly in the "patient." Peanut allergies are alleviated with very small doses of peanuts. It is conceivable that President-Elect Biden could be tested this way.

4. Most people including PE Biden are not using the most severe isolation procedures. Therefore, there is increased probability that PE Biden will get the vaccine sooner or later.

As for my own entourage, one has had a major Covid 19 symptom last month.
