There is no misinformation or disinformation exception to the First Amendment. Calling all speech you dislike “fraud” doesn’t make it so.

So, you walk a fine line in making this your blanket statement. (I am no proponent of "absolutism" which I believe to be intellectually lazy and potentially harmful)
