Does Trump's Post Election Seditious/Traitorous Tantrum Eliminate Any Chance of Leniency

That Biden may have given him? What do you think? I think Justice needs to come HARD for Trump, especially given his seditious behavior. I hope Biden takes it into account and also takes into account that if nothing is done, Trump will CONTINUE with seditious, inciteful behavior. I think we NEED to make an example of Trump and his ilk or we run the risk of this behavior continuing. It may anyway, but it can't go unpunished.

My guess is that it will. The donor class doesn't like having this sort of thing disrupting their flow of money. They'll make sure their donations speak quite eloquently and the country will move on with another unhealed wound.

Will end up being swept under the rug as usual. It will come down to "we need to heal and unite and not let this tear us apart" usual BS line that excuses all they do. The actual "rule of law" only applies to the lower class, the ruling class is above all such mundane stuff...

evidence hasn't been destroyed and preemptive pardons granted then many many people are exposed to criminal and civil problems.

Leniency for what? I agree tRump's committed a million crimes but it will never be Biden that decides what happens about that. Justice Dept. is where to look for remedy, and that's before tRump tries to pardon himself and the entire repug party.

from DOJ. And post election tantrums have the least to do with and potential legal proceedings. That is all.
