... however why is the woman employee expected to be a bouncer? I don't think that's right either. The boss needs to be the person at the door, asking people to leave if they won't wear a mask.

Whether it's a restaurant or a retail store, any place of business has to deal with these a-holes all day long. The a-holes know it too, they can get away with being a-holes until finally everyone grows a spine. Blame it on the governor if you need to, but grow a spine and deal with the a-holes. They HAVE to wear a mask or they can't come into your place of business. It's your rule, not theirs.

If the woman employee had been given some training I think she would have handled it better.
