Maine has four electoral votes, one for Whinny Donny the other to Biden. How did they decide who would vote for whom? Are the electors decided before the general elections? what if all four voted for Biden on Nov. 3rd?

And what if all four of them voted for Biden on Nov. 3rd?

each party designates ahead of time a pool of electors. In this case Biden won three and Trump one so we send three of ours to cast for Biden and the gop send one.
