Ron Watkins suggests President Trump should follow the example of Roman statesman Julius Caesar - who launched a four-year-long civil war to end the Roman Republic - and use a 2018 executive order as well as the "fierce loyalty of the military" in order to "restore the Republic".

How many Trumpers will forget how passionately they followed him. I’d say probably not many, but you can bet trump will be even crazier once he’s removed from office and he won’t be able to control the echo chamber. If he doesn’t die quickly enough to be a martyr I think he’s not going to hang on to his popularity. At some point even the brain dead might realize that they are all just suckers for him to fleece.
