I've said more than once
If I'm in the kitchen cooking while watching Doctor Who... it must be Christmas.
Not this year. I had even forgotten to put on BBC1 this morning. Here's to better days.
Merry Christmas.

(6,448 posts)5. My son began watching Dr. Who
on Christmas Day several years ago. He pass in March of this year from the same brain tumor that killed senators Kennedy and McCain as well as Beau Biden. I am continuing the tradition of making it Dr. Who day. Right now the episode Dr. Who, the Widow and the Wardrobe is playing.

Like any holiday first it has its ups and down. Matt Smith's doctor always brings a smile so no tears when he is around for most episodes.
