Does anyone have a link to a photo of the White House that shows both the east and ....

...west wing? I found a floor plan, but I can't figure out how it all looks from ground level. From the outside. (Nice replies showing great views from the inside.)

you should probably be a little more low-key than inquiring on the DU.

I didn't look for a Google Street view, because I suspect there is none. It's possible you can find old photos from a couple of decades or so ago that will show them. From the aerial view, there's a ton of shrubbery between those wings and the street, which is another possible reason.

... the collonades. Then the actual wings are probably out of the frame, as you suggest. Especially cuz they're set so far back. For a long time I tried and tried to figure out how all those offices could fit in a building with so few (relatively speaking) windows.

This probably isn't what you're looking for, but it's something.

INSIDE THE WHITE HOUSE
Tour the West Wing

I went on the tour one night. A coworker went to work in the Executive Office Building annex, a few blocks away from the White House. He got us signed up, and I went on the tour with my coworkers (his ex-coworkers). We got taken through the Oval Office. There were several groups going through that night, and probably every night it was given. It's not like some super duper perk.
