... two are no longer connected by the M$M or money folk.

It was a disgusting connection in the first place, its not the priority of a company to hire as many people as possible but to get the highest equity

they have been brainwashed by the business schools to try to run "everything 'public' like a business" including "government", "education", and "healthcare".

I.e., everything must be "monetized".

I had all kinds of yearly training that essentially drowned us in "business jargon" and I was expected to write up stuff that used the terms or the higher-ups were "lost". Used to call it "verbal vomit".

is inefficient so privatize it.
The Postal Services across the globe are now proof of deliberate destruction so that the business folks can seize the service.
Postal Services used to be among the most efficient of all services. They have also sabotaged health care, education and infrastructure. Even those that aren't stolen lock, stock and barrel are sabotaged so that the crooks prevail.

I literally JUST got a priority mail (3-day) package delivered about 15 minutes ago that should have been delivered on December 18th if fucking DeJoy had left our city's sorting equipment alone.

That last "postal enhancement" law needs to be changed but I'm sure the GOP will block every effort to do that (although after this latest mail fiasco, maybe there will be more impetus to do it).

Just got notice that my package is now being cleared in JA - was sent on Dec 17. Similar packages to siblings in the US arrived so late they had to throw out the homemade banana bread. This crap never used to happen.

"We live in a SOCIETY, not an economy"

Democrats support people, communities, cultures and societies.
Democrats believe what's good for the poor man benefits everyone.

Republicans only support business interests and people of high wealth.
Republicans believe what's good for the rich man benefits everyone.
