and warnock and ossof are seated, and a vote in the senate is held for leadership.

Mcconnel can actually prevent a vote through parlimentary moves. It could take a while to force a vote if mitch wants to be a dick about it.

So no, no currently passed house bills will be valid. Now they could just bundle them all together as an omni-bus style package and pass them all at once, then send them over.

But not until schumer is majority leader.
