The order has to go through several people but they are all carefully chosen and trained to not make judgements and simply carry out their orders no matter what the circumstances. One of those people would have to make the decision not to follow orders for the chain to be broken and that's unlikely.

Twitter and Facebook have higher standards than our congress.

They should not have ended the sessions this morning, they should have proceeded to remove him from office.

He does not get to pass go or collect $200. Straight to jail. There is video evidence of a sitting president calling for a coup to overturn the electoral process.

This is not something that should be debated, imho.

Any order from Trump right now to launch a missile would have to be considered an illegal act of war and be flatly refused by the chain of command. Otherwise, anyone of them that allows or carries out an illegal order from him will be on the same dias for execution of sentence and hanging.

12. In case you missed it

Trump already attempted to issue an illegal order a month or so ago and the DOD and Joint Chiefs told him hell no. It apparently was a mass carpet bombing of Iranian oil fields and research sites. Wanted tactical nukes involved too. We'll find out the details in a few weeks.

I know he is insane and dangerous and would not be listened to at this point.

It just made me sad early this morning after they finished the electoral votes, they did not move to censure or remove him from office. They had the momentum. It could have been done.
