Foreign Mil Allies Believe Trump Attempted a Coup w/ Help from Fed Law Enforcement

French law enforcement experts who’ve trained alongside Americans said that they have no doubt that Trump attempted a coup.

The failure by police to stop the insurrection wasn’t a coincidence, & Trump was likely in charge— directing them to stand down

.

. . .

While they did not furnish evidence that federal agency officials facilitated the chaos, Insider is reporting this information because it illustrates the scale and seriousness of Wednesday's events: America's international military and security allies are now willing to give serious credence to the idea that Trump deliberately tried to violently overturn an election and that some federal law-enforcement agents — by omission or otherwise — facilitated the attempt.

'Today I am briefing my government that we believe with a reasonable level of certainty that Donald Trump attempted a coup'

. . .

"I can't believe this happened."

A law-enforcement official who trains with US forces believes someone interfered with the proper deployment of officers around Congress

The French police official said they believed that an investigation would find that someone interfered with the deployment of additional federal law-enforcement officials on the perimeter of the Capitol complex; the official has direct knowledge of the proper procedures for security of the facility.

He tried, but wasn't able to pull the military into it.

But we have BY FAR the most armed citizenry in the planet and it just ao happens that the most heavily armed are the loons who are getting pulled into it AND as we repeatedly have seen our law enforcement is corrupted in a way to enable it.

I would also note, they suffered FAR less, in fact next to no repercussions from it. One person was shotband killed. Everyone else strolled out, gloated in social media and hit the hotel bar.

This wasva BIG win for them and we already see them amping up for more.

That's just for the libtards.
In fact I was thinking that maybe if this was not during a pandemic, some of those without facemasks, would probably be wearing one that day to conceal themselves. But their pride and fear of being labelled a sell out, kept their faces free for cameras to record.

I mean tossing paper towels, covfefe, magic marker maps, two handed glass holding - but then you'd also have to forget 600 separated children and space blankets and chain link for hundreds more.

Now we get why he was against testing. The numbers would be better without it.

That woman who was shot was shot because she was storming a barricade outside Nancy Pelosi's office in the hallway where they were still evacuating members of congress. They would not have used deadly force if they were not protecting legitimate assets.

Also those computers have software that shut them down automatically if they aren't used for four or five minutes. If they got into computers it was because staff were evacuated from the room less than five minutes earlier.

They didn't have the whole of the Capital Police on board and the SS stepped up. I think they came very close to getting hostages and if they had it would have been a totally different story. They'd probably still be barricaded in there.

Even since the Capitol incident, the Chicago police union chief endorsed that action. That's the sector of the state that was wooed by both Trump and his core political forces including various "patriots," white supremacist and more "ecumenical" fascists like the Proud Boys.

I paid attention to an article by Ted Rall stating:

I acknowledged that Trump “doesn’t have the support of the military—but he doesn’t need it.” Instead of a Latin American-style military coup, I said, “his would be a ‘police coup’ carried out by the numerous local police departments whose unions endorsed him for reelection, alongside federalized state police and deputized paramilitary MAGA goons.”

It hasn’t happened yet, and maybe it won’t, but nothing has changed about Trump’s precarious legal situation. One of the lessons of history is that nothing trumps the strong human motivation for personal survival. An intelligent assessment of Trump’s thinking must begin with the question: why wouldn’t he attempt a coup?

https://www.counterpunch.org/2020/12/30/trumps-self-coup/

It's certainly worthy of investigation.
