Looks like he sent text messages to a friend, and someone later told the FBI about them. It has got to be the recipient or someone close to them.

president Biden's inauguration, or storming their state Capitols. Here in Oregon, they have inside help from at least one republican Congressman who physically opened doors for his terrorist pals in December.
