Could Qanon be declaired a terrorist organization?

Is there some stupid loophole that terrorist organizations have to be a foreign threat? Seems AOC was pointing out some kind of issue with this? I know the FBI has labeled it a "Threat" but it seems like having it called a terrorist organization would help clean up the shit going on, on the net.

Like Oathkeepers, Proud Boys, 3%’ers, should definitely be designated terrorist organizations.

It has someone (even though we don't know who they are) throwing out meat to the followers. Antifa has nothing like that. The anonymous leaderships is why it has grown so fast.
