we are SO not even close to being out of this mess. Vaccines won't be really helpful for another year, and even then, we still dont know of they are going to remain effective or if we will have new strains etc...

What scares me about the numbers is as things continue to explode (im in CA) my chances of catching this increases because of carriers in the community. So now with MORE people carrying it in my grocery store, etc, going anywhere becomes more and more of a "take your life in your hands" moment...
