Are you having a hard time visualizing 400,000 dead? Try this.


Imagine if you took the dead bodies and laid down one every six feet along the interstate highway.

There would be about 880 dead bodies every mile.

400,000 dead bodies would stretch for 454 miles along the side of the highway.

454 miles is almost the distance from Miami, FL to Savannah Ga.

That is about a seven hour drive where you would pass 61,600 dead bodies every hour.

Wear a mask! Get vaccinated if you can.

Holds over 100,000 people, think about 4 of them full. That many people are dead.

3. In late August, I started a project that had 174,626 little pieces.

I started that project before we hit that number. It took me 4 months of long, long days to put those pieces where they belonged. That project is now done and it is 3' x 4' and many times I looked at all those little squares and cried. Now there is twice that many dead and my heart hurts.

My heart will forever hurt whenever I look at that project. I named him the "Eagle of Sorrow"

It is with a heavy heart that I can visualize that many dead.

By February, deaths will exceed the entire populations of Barbados 287,375 (2020) and St Lucia 183,627 (2020)

There has to be some cases where the death certificates don’t say Covid-19.

Plus, there are no doubt people who died at home because they could neither afford an ambulance nor a hospital stay.
