Even if Trump pardons himself? Could he still be impeached by the Senate?

Just so he doesn’t get run for President ever again?

prohibit him from running for federal office, but unlike the vote to convict, the vote to prohibit him from running is a simple majority vote.

as it would have been him admitting guilt. He would have opened himself up to every civil and state lawsuit on the planet.

Been impeached, the senate runs the trial and regardless of the outcome he has still been impeached twice.
