In reality the various companies are very inconsistent and inconstant in their standards, so nobody really knows what they will do weeks or months from now.

7. Twitter is his life's blood as a public figure

Unless another platform ascends to Twitter's level, his ability to campaign prior to 2024 will be greatly hampered. It's all he has, Tweeting something outrageous to get attention. Without that. he has no chance at a political comeback.
