For the past four years, I've been thinking, we have an Animal House administration.

"OK, Otter, you get to be Secretary of State.

"Bluto, what do you want to be?"

"Where the BEER is!"

"OK, I guess that'll be ... the Food and Drug Administration! Bluto, you get to head up the FDA!

"Now, who wants to be Attorney General?"

That's what it looked like to me four years ago. How refreshing now, we're seeing competent and capable people being named to all of these important positions.

Dr. Fauci today looked like his spirits have been raised immensely.

And the new press secretary, wow, she's wonderful.
