The filibuster shouldn't be removed wholesale.
But at the same time, why should one Senator just sit on legislation?
I'd like to see Mitch McConnell have to stall legislation by actually stalling.

Make them stand on the floor all night and read the phone book, if necessary. This useless "threat" of filibuster is ridiculous and needs to go away.
