What can be done about physician COVID-19 deniers?

My boss is still convinced COVID is just like a normal flu, because that’s what his doctor neighbor tells him..

OTH He does have every truck detailed, and now disinfected if turned over to a new driver.

There were HIV/AIDs deniers too (and still are). They are shunned, but it is hard to go further. hlthe2b Jan 2021 #2

is it really a case of an ignorant physician, or rather your boss being a MAGAt type listening only to what he wants to hear?

I've had a cracked crown and haven't been to the dentist to fix because everyone is in filled open spaces having work done. If anyone knows a good dentist in Northern IL let me know please.

My doctor is also of the believing this is like the flu for most people. I say take 420,000 dead divide by 9 months that's not a normal flu! A doctor referral would be great to.

The Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure's (KBML) purpose is to protect the public from any unauthorized practitioners. As a service to the public, we offer an online verification service that allows you to search and look up basic information regarding professionals licensed by the Board. This includes physicians, physician assistants, acupuncturists, athletic trainers and surgical assistants (see below).

Next, click on "Grievances" in the side bar.

Grievances

In addition to the licensing of physicians the Board reviews and investigates grievances filed against these individuals. The Board reviews grievances of professional misconduct, standard of care, moral turpitude and practice irregularities, which may include the inappropriate prescribing of controlled substances.

The primary sources of the Board's grievances come from consumers, hospitals, government agencies, physicians and healthcare professionals. After the grievance is reviewed and investigated, it is presented to a Board Inquiry/Hearing Panel for review. These Panels meet eight times during the year. If the matter cannot be resolved through an informal process, the matter may be referred to a formal hearing to determine the facts, and whether disciplinary action is warranted.

There may be additional means of grievance through your county or city health department(s).

Good luck!.......
