It may have only been for defense funded programs but may be a start to broader limitations. Poor Joe, lots of work to do.

6. Yes - it was in the NDAA

It requires that the beneficial owners of all companies be collected by the state where the company is incorporated and be made available to law enforcement. I don’t know if it was retroactive though.
