The U.S.C.C.B. is largely led by Archbishops from the J2P2 and Benny years, and are notably more conservative than the current Pope. For them, everything is about the threats of abortion, gay marriage, and transgender bathroom usage. They were all but commanding the faithful to vote for Trump on pain of eternal damnation last November.
