And it's true, white Americans haven't been more divided since the Civil War.
But the rest of America is pretty fucking united.

Plus, how did people forget about 1960s through end of Nixon era? We were completely divided ... riots; hard hats vs hippies; anti-war vs pro-war. Major divisions.
