Judges can accept gifts in any amount at any time. Vacations, private jet usage...

He is making smart moves. Announcement of a study to form a base for reform. Donny just would have tweeted the plan rather than do any work. Joe is a lawyer and understands facts, logic and reason. He is not ego driven and is a compassionate person. He is one of the rare types; a good man and a good manager.

21. When Rachel Maddow interviewed Schumer a few days ago she brought

this issue up. He told Rachel that Biden is issuing a report this week and Schumer would follow whatever it says about the need to balance the SCOTUS. Schumer seemed to like the idea though.

I think a report would be in 90 days if I’m remembering what Joe said during the campaign. They need more than a day
