Good afternoon, followers of frivolous performative litigation. Why, yes, this is about Orly Taitz.

{edited title: it's "Taitz," not "Tatiz."}

Good afternoon, followers of frivolous performative litigation.

New filing in Orly Tatiz's bonkers attempt to halt the 2nd Impeachment trial. It's a gloriously burning train wreck of mangled formatting and hideous typography.

Let's dig in.

Taitz's other claims

Taitz has also supported a number of other theories not directly related to President Obama, including:

Goldman Sachs runs the United States Treasury.[25]

Baxter International has developed a bird flu vaccine that kills people.[25]

Representative Alcee Hastings and the House of Representatives are planning to build at least six labor camps.[25]

Hugo Chávez owns the software that runs American voting machines.[21]

FactCheck is untrustworthy because of its links to the Annenberg Foundation.[21]

Taitz has also advocated numerous Internet-related theories, including PayPal attacks, the deletion of her Wikipedia entry, and Google's flagging her webpage as an attack site and suppressing search results for her name.[21]

Taitz has stated that 2016 Republican presidential candidates Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and Bobby Jindal were not natural-born citizens and therefore were ineligible for the office they sought.[26][27]
